Customized Jewelry: jewelry that has to be customized takes 2-3 weeks to make. So please be mindful of necklace are made for a specific date to order as far in advance as possible. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY!
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to COVID-19, expect some delays in shipping process. Please allow 1-2 days for processing of order, 1-10 business days for shipping.
Order confirmations are automatically sent out once order is placed. Please make sure accurate email and phone number is input. Usually tracking number will be provided within 1-2 days after order is placed unless there is a holiday or in case of a family emergency. In case of a family emergency, an email will go out stating so.
Once USPS picks up package and it is in transit, the package is out of our control and in control of USPS. We are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivery or unscanned packages. If your packages hasn't arrived to you within the alotted timeframe, it is your responsiblity to file a claim with USPS and or track your package. We do not replace or refund any packages under any circumstance for being lost, stolen or delayed.
